JD:
- Working on the reports, databases and campaign specific target Segments for campaigns based on the campaign calendar and continually refining the same for specific plays, tactical course corrections, and ad-hoc marketing and sales leadership requests.
- Working to ensure marketing dashboards are processing sanctified and clean data, investigate anomalies and aberrations in patterns on an ongoing basis.
- Benchmarking performance against targets across all marketing channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis.
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
- Analyzing online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
- Spotting opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
- Any other operational, cost, or statistical analysis needed by the marketing leadership on an ad-hoc basis.
Skills required:
- SAS+ Campaign Management/analytics.
- SQL
- Good Communication Skill
