Lead Architect/Manager - SAP SF & HCM - IT

- Play the role of SF Lead Architect

- Lead from the front for any proposal delivery

- Should own the proposal delivery end to end

- Capability to work hands on in the proposal - gather the right team to support and reach out to the right source in getting the information

- Collaborate across various in house and cross teams and drive proposal discussion

- Ability to manage delivery of multiple projects independently

- Act us a solution architect and assist the client in delivering solution to the detailed level

- Manage engagements from a project management perspective and have ownership of timelines and quality of delivery

- Guide the junior team members during the delivery on dealing with the client, managing conflicts, managing any escalations and review of deliverables

- Ensuring that adequate risk management process is followed for all the assignments being handled

- Understand and control project financials, debtors and managing resources

- Participate in Solution reviews and drive solution growth discussions

- Be ready to travel across location for sales, pre-sales and delivery

- Additional Information

Required Skills : 

- Should have experience in working in SAP SF implementation, roll-outs, upgrade and support engagements

- SAP HCM - OM, PA, Time and India Payroll - background

- Strong delivery experience including project management and program management

- Ideally should have worked as a solution lead architect for a minimum 4-5 years

- Ability to build innovative solutions

- Good presentation skills

- Strong people management skills

- Knowledge and experience of processes and configuration in SuccessFactors and its integration with other SF modules as well as SAP HCM is must

Primary Skills : 

- Overall SAP experience in should be 10+ years

- MBA is good to have

- Certified in any SAP SF module - preferable is EC

Required Qualification - B.E/B.Tech /MBA from a reputed college or equivalent, or Engineering .
