Lead Architect - Healthcare

In this role, you will be expected to drive the design and architecture of the core platform and products built on the platform. The role will be of an individual contributor and you would be expected to drive the platform vision and provide oversight of the development.

Responsibilities :

- Mentor and upskill engineers in the team.

- Define the strategy and vision for the product(s).

- Effectively communicate with the client and stakeholders.

- Lead and guide other architects in the team.

- Champion engineering best practices within and outside of the immediate team.

Qualifications :

Minimum qualifications :

- B.Tech/M.Tech

- 15+ years of experience in designing and building products and architecting scalable platforms- MUST have significant experience with building and delivering enterprise products and platforms

- Hands on development expertise, including coding, code review and performance optimization

- Strong experience with data modelling and database optimization

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues

Preferred qualifications :

- Experience with .Net platform is a big plus

- Experience in building workflow platforms (not mandatory but a plus).
