The Lead for API Partnership and Affiliates role involves strategizing and executing partnerships with external organizations, integrating APIs, and managing affiliate programs to drive business growth and enhance digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management within the financial services industry, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of API technologies.

Description:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy aligned with overall business objectives

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements

- Lead Business Development efforts to onboard new affiliates, partners and platforms for digital sourcing

- Test and scale up API partnerships to deliver on business volumes and objectives

Success Metrics:

- Onboard new partners and complete integration with HFCL loans - 30%

- Revenue contribution from partnerships - 50%

- Partner customer acquisition cost to be less than 3% - 20%

Profile:

Education:

- B. Tech and MBA (preferred) from a reputed institute OR

- Post graduate degree / diploma in Engineering, Digital media or relevant field

Experience:

- Relevant experience of 8 to 12 years

- Experience in Business Development and familiarity with technology based partnerships

- Managed relationships with Affiliates and platforms (ONDC, OCEN, RBI H etc)

- Relevant experience in a lending FinTech, and/or financial services industry will be a plus
