Looking for candidate with experience of working on Propensity Model, Analytical Data, Predictive Model for Life Insurance/ Mutual Fund business. Identify Cross sale & upsell opportunity for the customer base.
Customer retention, increasing number of policies for the customers, increasing ticket size, increasing number of products.
Role:
Strategizing, Building, Formulating & Implementing effective data analytics to improve different streams in the Organization such as Customer Experience, Optimize Media Spends & Operations, Maximize Top-line revenues and create predictability.
Process simplification and streamline which led to the increase efficiency.
KRA :
- Leading end-to-end data science projects, from requirements gathering and data exploration to model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop and implement more than data science strategies aligned with strategic business goals, enabling stakeholders to leverage data for competitive advantage.
- Utilizing advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from complex datasets and drive strategic decision-making in diverse areas of the Org including Sales, Marketing etc.
- Apply statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights for the Management Leadership.
- Implement data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at C-Level.
- Manage and mentor teams of data scientists, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
