Our client is a growing company and has been consistently growing in their respective category in the past few years.
They have a national presence and are looking for a Analytics Head. This role will be based out of Kolkata.
Description:
They key responsibilities of the role entail:
- Be the analytics thought leader to proactively identify opportunities for improvement of business performance using analytical tools and methods
- Building strategic capabilities for sales, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement & finance functions with strong digital and data analytics overlay
- Work with stakeholders to understand Business problems, define problem statement with clear hypothesis that needs to be tested and provide business insights based on findings
- Deliver valuable insights via predictive analytics and data visualisation with Domain expertise in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain & IT
- Develop a deep knowledge of the business & partner with Sales Leadership and Operations to drive actionable insights across revenue, sales pipeline, customer lifecycle, sales productivity, and other sales activities to drive growth
- Design and prototype visualisations and dashboards that enable internal stakeholders to consume and understand data faster and partner with respective functions to scale
- Own solution development and lead the squad from proposal through to delivery of prescriptive analytics solution
- Use predictive modelling for demand/inventory prediction, increase and optimise customer experiences, customer segmentation, products recommendation, revenue generation, and other business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, ability to use and interpret customer data and drive value by adding insights
- Independence and capacity to take initiative in an unstructured environment
- Ability to handle multiple work areas and balance different stakeholder expectations
- Proactive, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business
- Great interpersonal skills and gravitas with the ability to influence internal stakeholders at different levels as well as external partners and customers
