Lead Analyst-Sr Manager

Location-Chennai

- Individual Contributor to work on the Product Reference data system.

- Communicate with global teams to collect/understand requirements and document them.

- Expected to coach other team members, interact with the global teams and take ownership and accountability for the deliveries.

Must Have:

- Strong fundamentals in Investment Banking & Capital Markets. Clear understanding of SDLC and process Oriented.

- Knowledge on Various Asset Classes will be preferred. Experience in User Interaction, Requirement Elicitation/Gathering and functional specs preparation. Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using Use cases and feature driven methods.

- Experience on identifying and executing Test Strategies, Test plan and Functional Test cases.

- Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.

- Capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.

- Hands on SQL skills necessary for data analysis.

- Desire to learn New Technologies.

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of RDBMS concepts, XML would be a plus
