Roles and responsibilities:

- In this role, you will be expected to build and maintain financial models, do valuation-related analysis, prepare related write-ups, and present investment ideas to front office groups.

- You will be responsible for sector research on healthcare, including all sub-sectors (pharma, biotech, life science tools and diagnostics, healthcare IT, med-tech, etc.).

- You will be expected to conduct in-depth benchmarking of valuation and operational metrics (versus peer groups), sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis.

- You will also need to collaborate closely with front-office groups to iterate on financial models and investments. Furthermore, you will be expected to attend management, sell-side, intermediary, and sector expert calls, in addition to other related work.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance or equivalent (MBA/CA/CFA), and over 5 years of investment research experience.

- Candidates with healthcare sector experience covering international markets will have an added advantage.

- Candidates with exceptional equity research and valuation skills are encouraged to apply.

- The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, while proficiency in Bloomberg Query Language/Bquant and VisibleAlpha script will be preferred
