Lead Analyst - Investment Banking Firm

Job Opening for one of our Investment Banking Firm.

- Candidate should have a degree in finance or equivalent, with more than 5+ Years of investment research experience, preferably in technology, media, and telecom sectors should have good Experience in Private equity experience with modeling, valuation and in-depth investment research experience

- Should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Valuation Models comprising of DCF, Comparable Companies and Precedent Transaction methods

- Identifying M&A Synergies, built Football Field and performed Sensitivity Analysis to get holistic view of deals

- Forecast the Three Financial Statements for Influencer Marketing, Media-Tech & Logistic-Tech companies

Education: MBA/CA/CFA
