Lead Analyst - Financial Planning - CA

Job Description:

- Primary company specialist in the analysis and reporting key statistical drivers within a financial and strategic context.

- Management Reporting providing meaningful insights to management and support/facilitate decision making process

- Works with divisions to budget and forecast the key statistical drivers i.e. Revenue/ Fixed costs etc.

- Handle huge data points, data modelling to deliver insights like Customer wise profitability, margin trend analysis etc.

- Assists with the analysis and reporting of company overhead costs versus performance benchmarks (operating budget, prior periods).

- Team player to be able to work within the team & cross functional

- Should have analytical skill to provide customer the adequate reasoning on the movements, trend analysis, variance vs budget & forecast

- Ad hoc analytical and reporting assignments at the request of senior management

Specifications:

Mandatory:

- Financial Planning and Financial closing experience. Exposure to Data modelling, Financial modelling & Data analytics

Desirable:

- Experience analysing financial data using OLAP tools (Essbase, MIK) or data warehouses

- Experience of working in ERP environment.

- Excel VBA programming experience
