Role :
- Leads analysis of current processes/procedures and the development of recommendations for process improvements
- Conducting initial discovery of a problem in the business for end to end processes cutting across sites and functions/ departments. This will involve brainstorming, data analysis, interviewing key stakeholders, understanding the softer challenges and coming up with the final recommendations.
- Post discovery project manage the recommendations from the discovery which may involve redesigning the process for efficiency, better customer experience or better controls
- Defines, interprets, and clarifies scope of problems/issues in terms of process requirements, usually for small to medium complexity projects.
- Performs feasibility and cost/benefits analysis as it relates to business needs - Establishes appropriate measurements to ensure project success and performance sustainability
- Prepares charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems utilizing various business and/or statistical techniques
- Work across business & function to bring the best solution to the business and leverage best practices
- Facilitates internal trainings on Quality principles and Six Sigma Concepts
- Mentor quality projects led by business teams.
Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of process quality management experience within the financial services industry post Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- DDQ / RFP process experience desirable.
- Good understanding of investment products including: equity, fixed income, real estate and alternatives (or experience/education to develop this knowledge quickly).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of building strong working relationships and interacting professionally at all levels of seniority and across multiple cultures.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills, able to support and develop individuals through on-the-job feedback and training.
