Lead - Alternate Business
He/She shall be the Alternate Product Champion for the area , and flag bearer of Alternates within the area. The incumbent is expected to identify opportunities, partners and clients withing his/her area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Gross Sales, Net Sales assigned in allotted geographic territory for AIF products across channels.
- Will have key goals on partner activation.
- Provide all the support in acquisition & servicing of HNI/UHNI customers of Partners for Alternate Products selling.
- Engage with the mapped relationships as per coverage plan, and help partners close deals of Alternate Products
- Required to conduct events to engage with partners/clients
Role Specific Competencies:
- In depth knowledge of Alternates
- Keen interest in stock markets
- Effective negotiation & interpersonal skills
