We are looking for a strategic leader in alliances to work closely with senior leadership and shape our partnership network roadmap.
This role involves setting up the alliance vertical, executing tactical strategies, driving brand penetration, and achieving profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will be a consultative leader with deep expertise in financial products, markets, and consumer behavior, with extensive experience in sales and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alliance Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive alliance strategy aligned with Equentis's business objectives.
- Identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities to enhance market presence.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including CA networks, stock brokers, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance.
- Business Development: Drive business development initiatives through alliances to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Explore new market opportunities and innovative partnership models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of alliance strategies.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to track network performance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on alliance activities and outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI/investment category.
Leadership: Prior experience leading a team, with the ability to motivate and rally a team around a common vision.
Skills: Strong ability to balance creativity and analytics, experience in building communication strategies, customer-first approach, and a data-driven mindset.
Must-Have: Proven ability to promote a culture of teamwork, take ownership, and experiment with innovative strategies
