Job Title: Digital Marketing & Data Analytics Lead (AGM)

Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time

Reporting to : Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing professional for the role of Digital Marketing & Data Analytics Lead (AGM Level). This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy for Malls, including overseeing digital media planning and spends. The successful candidate will also lead the data analytics efforts that drive marketing decisions, including insights into category sales, footfalls, and overall spending. Additionally, this role will extend to the management and potential launch of a loyalty program for Malls.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Digital Strategy Development:

- Craft and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Malls& overarching business objectives.

- Develop the content strategy for all social handles and monitor their execution.

- Evaluate our digital footprint - websites, social media presence, google locations etc and build a future proof strategy.

- Collaborate with the mall marketing teams to integrate digital initiatives seamlessly into the overall marketing plan.

2. Digital Media Planning and Execution:

- Oversee digital media planning, budget allocation, and campaign execution across various channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

- Work closely with the Mall teams to funnel and optimise campaigns ensuring we are hitting thresholds

- Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.

3. Data Analytics Leadership:

- Drive data analytics initiatives to derive actionable insights that inform marketing decisions such as linking our mall databases to have a unified customer view, setting up communication channels to reach our database via whatsapp and other platforms.

- Structure and link various sources of data , working closely with Mall teams, IT and third party service providers.

- Analyze internal category sales, footfalls, customer behavior, and spending patterns to enhance marketing effectiveness.

4. Loyalty Program Management:

- Take a lead role in the potential launch and management of a customer loyalty program for Malls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, rules, and rewards structure.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, IT, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives.

6. Budget Oversight:

- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, data analytics, and strategy development, preferably in the retail industry.

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

4. Demonstrated success in overseeing digital media planning and execution.

5. Experience in managing and optimizing loyalty programs is a plus.

6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

7. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
