Lead Advertising Sales-CDIT, Marketplace
Reliance Retail (RRL) Marketplace :
The Marketplace business is an internet-commerce based platform where sellers across various domains can list their products, pricing and positioning, while receiving support from the marketplace owners in terms of warehouse and logistics, paying a service fee to the marketplace platform in exchange for the listing and e-commerce services.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Design, develop and manage sales and business development strategies and best practices with an output goal of driving revenue for Short & long-term growth.
2.Design and Develop partnership programs and processes that ensure appropriate level of communication and knowledge sharing with the advertisers, partner functions and leadership teams.
3.Collaborate with CXOs, CMOs, Digital Marketing Heads, E-commerce Heads and Agencies to capture, distil, and prioritize feedback and deliver it to Product, Operations, Finance, services, marketing and solve for the most critical demands from advertisers.
4. Monitoring and Driving up CSAT (Customer satisfaction Score) for the identified list of advertisers.
5. Lead business planning activities including Monthly & Quarterly business reviews , advertiser training and workshops and annual operating plan development.
6. Utilizing existing client and agency relationships to deliver significant, long-term deals with top strategic advertisers.
7. Develop market knowledge within the internal teams through understanding and representation of customer and industry trends/needs and ensure and provide a powerful and differentiated value proposition.
8. Build and strong team of sales managers and work towards keeping them motivated and focused to deliver on their responsibilities and thus grown in their careers.
Skills & Competencies :
1. 10+ years of experience in leading digital sales, business development, or partner management
2. Exceptionally strong analytical thinker who likely hails from a leading publisher, consumer company or technology firm or sophisticated interactive advertising agency
3. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs.
4. Track record of personally closing large complex deals end-to-end. Possess a talent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs and competitive positioning.
5. Can thrive in fast paced, start up like dynamic environments.
6. Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues
7. Strong analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
8. Ability to build, motivate and nurture large scale teams and develop a sense of belonging for the common vision amongst them.
Experience & Qualification :
1. Post Graduate/ Graduate in any stream
2. 10 + years of having Advertising Sales Experience.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets with consultative client approach
4. Well Networked with advertising fraternity with clients and agencies.
5. Self-Motivated Individua with Positive Attitude and a Great Team Player.
