Job Description : Lead Ad Quality/integrity function

- Work extensively with vendor partners

Description :

1. Analyse data, drive consistency, continuous process and quality improvement across multiple workflows

2. Create weekly, monthly and quarterly RCA reports vendor partners and report and present results to key stakeholders

3. Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to collaborate on ideas, provide key insights, data analysis and develop continuous improvement quality action plans

4. Ensure that our vendor partners meet and exceed quality SLA's and provide support needed to achieve objectives monthly and quarterly RCA reports vendor partners and report and present results to key stakeholders

5. Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to collaborate on ideas, provide key insights, data analysis and develop continuous improvement quality action plans to ensure effective implementation of ad quality policies and guidelines

6. Ability to work with larger data sets for long term business development plan from both strategic scope and execution aspects with in-depths business analysis, industry studies and market trends

7. Ability to translate and adopt industry and regulatory updates and policies

Profile :

1. Bachelor's degree or above with an equivalent 15 years of practical experience

2. Experience in quality control or quality management

3. Experience in vendor management and operations management

4. Project and program management experience

5. Passionate about online user and brand safety

6. Experience in quality management principles such as Six Sigma or Lean

7. Strong analytical skills, working with large data sets to solve quality issues, while providing insights through data visualization, Tableau, Excel, Dremel, etc.

8. Proven leader with project management, planning, presenting and communication skills

9. Ability to adapt rapidly to changing work environments, work priorities and organizational needs

10. Ability to work as an individual contributor on multiple projects

11. Detail-oriented with the ability to create and maintain reports, procedures, proposals, and presentations
