Role context :
- Our client has exclusive rights to market the homes sold on its platform. These properties are sourced via both direct (listing platforms, digital marketing, society groups, etc.) and indirect (brokers) channels. They handpick properties from available inventory and then signs a contract with the seller to get exclusive marketing rights. This involves but is not limited to pitching to the seller, negotiations, and managing seller expectations.
- We are hiring the founding team member of the Acquisitions team. In this role, you will build sourcing strategies to acquire houses, negotiate and close deals with sellers, and build processes to identify what houses to acquire, and what markets to should expand to
What you'll do :
- Innovate and come up with new acquisition models and strategies
- Build and execute our strategy for direct channels for sourcing sellers and properties.
- Build our Channel Partner program, strategies, and commercials
- Manage Channel Partner Relationships
- Pitch to sellers, negotiate prices, and close deals
What we're looking for :
- 4+ years of experience in Sales/Growth/Product/Ops/Strategy/Consulting roles
- Exceptional track record in past jobs/academics
- Track record of being a hustler and getting things done
- Good to have
- Experience in early to mid-stage startups
- Interest in investing/managing personal wealth
