We are looking for a Lead Account Partner role for a Largest BPO firm, would be handling a team of Key Account Management partners.

Job Purpose
As a Virtual Account Executive:
Coordinate resources within the organization to increase Account Manager (AM) productivity: identify new business, account mapping, generate leads, close new business.
Responsibilities
- Account Discovery-Account planning, account mapping, growth strategies implementation, and regular reviews with (AM). Includes: Existing account penetration strategy by mapping org structures, competitor, understand new LOB's, targeting and segmentation.
- Grow closeable deal pipeline- Support AM in generating new leads in existing account (EANB) and increase our footprint: End-to-end direct marketing for identifying opportunities(e.g., Email campaigns, targeted telephonic calls, nurturing, RFP support)
- Consistently increase "lead heat" through integrated nurturing strategies to move contacts to "Interested Leads." Includes: Identifying potential business, drafting conversations openers, and mapping client geo and BU landscape.
- Client Reviews: plan for MBRs, QBRs, ABRs, prepare pitches for new business opportunities
- Thought Leadership- Intelligence on conferences, competitors, relevant industry activities. Coordinate organizational resources for pursuit, meetings, and other prospecting activities. Includes Collateral, pitch materials, SMEs, Knowledge Center, training.
- Revenue Assurance- Keep data fresh (lead and opportunities) within Salesforce to draw true picture/projection on sales funnel and order closing. Help AMs prepare for deal qualification, documentation, and review coordination.
- Project manage - "huddle team" for opportunity solutioning to reduce AMs' involvement on a day-to-day basis.
- Overlap time zones (5pm to 2am IST)/ 03 PM - 11:00 PM etc.
Skills
- Good understanding of the B2B sales process and complexities
- Comfortable in engaging with North American clients in account management and nurturing situation with strong verbal and written English skills
- Ability to project manage: Own, drive, and complete tasks/projects.
- Analytical, eye for detail, takes on, and solve problems
- Business acumen: Understand businesses, clients, priorities, and people
- High on energy, willing to try, fail, learn, and improve quickly
Experience and Qualification
- MBA from business schools (freshers from Top 20 also welcome)
- 8+ years of experience in supporting Sales Exec or business development from North America region,
- Preferably worked in BPO
- Demonstrated results in lead generation, nurturing, pipeline tracking/moving, collaboration...
