Le15 - Head - F&B Operations

- Assist the Upper Management in making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

- Manage everyday operations of outlets and Central Kitchen

- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Assist in planning for short and long-term goals, including expansions

- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations

- Responsible for reducing Operational costs

- Communicate and coordinate with delivery portals.

- Improve customer experience at all outlets.
