Job Summary : Build the talent acquisition plan for multi-level hiring. Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly. Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices, career progression.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manpower planning Manage entire recruitment and staffing as per budget.
- Sourcing candidates through different mediums and coordinating interviews, salary fitment & negotiation, rolling out offers
- Drive campus hiring
- Induction, Joining Formalities/forms/issue appointment letter/ transfer/PIP/ warnings
- Ensuring HRMS hygiene
- To manage performance management system, rewards, and recognition including LTIP.
- Should be able to cap Employee costs.
- Exposure to handling various MIS.
- Responsible for concerns related to employment compliance.
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Access the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the Leadership team and business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development.
- Initiate and implement innovative team-building and collaborative initiatives that will help improve the Organizational Development Index.
- Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR Business processes, Functions, and procedures and monitor HR projects and workflows
- Policy development and documentation.
- Developing organization HR Strategy and HR roadmap aligned to sales strategy.
- Review the process, rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and mapping of KRA/KPIs of employees.
- Overall assessment and implementation of admin requirements as per set SOPs
