- Understand category strategy, and translate it into annual/quarterly/monthly plan and execute the same
- Anchor category selection, product mix, product pricing & inventory control.
- Understand the dynamics of trading and go on to build categories upon the business criticalities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations which will include ensuring stock availability, movements in margins and sales velocities
- Leading pricing, promotions, managing P&L, Cost Optimization structures.
- Build asset monetization capabilities, events & activations.
- Negotiate trade terms, garner offtake generation plans & generate additional revenue
- Build Channel differentiation and identify triggers to activate different channels
- To develop and manage strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives.
