Hiring for the retail venture of one of the most prominent FMCG player. We are building new age product-supply company for one of the most untapped markets in India. We come with right to win, and unique economic moat with channel expertise and equity of brands we offer. The company is backed by FMCG conglomerate. We are building the company grounds up with stellar management team.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and evaluate new business/optimization opportunities, prepare business cases, present and align on the opportunity with various stakeholders, BU Heads and CXOs

- Actively take up transformational projects for the firm in coordination with multiple stakeholders across the organization

- Activate clear responsibilities and program milestones for various teams involved

- Chart out detailed launch plans and track progress till they reach a BAU state

- Ability to independently handle projects with minimum oversight and guidance

- Ability to work in fast paced and ambiguous startup environment

Qualifications :

- Self-motivated leader and strong collaborator/ team player - with the ability to maintain calm, make good decisions, and work with constant ambiguity

- Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time and stakeholder management

- Tier -1 undergraduate college

- MBA preferred but not mandatory
