Job description

Preferred Candidate: Male (As the incumbent will be required to travel to all the branches across PAN India)

Education Qualification: MBA in Psychology/HR with bachelor's degree

Background: NBFC or Finance Background

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Job requirement/Skills:

- An MBA in Psychology/HR with bachelor's degree with relevant work experience in Learning & Development of 5+ years.

- Logical, analytical and process oriented

- Excellent communication skills

- Should be well versed with Advance excel

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

- Experience in content curation/development and learning program design

Job Role & Responsibility :-

- Design and Develop Learning Programs: Create and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to the specific needs of company's employees across various functions.

- Create Engaging Learning Materials: Apply instructional design principles to develop interactive and engaging learning resources, such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.

- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs, designing targeted interventions to address these areas.

- Partner with External Resources: Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and educational institutions to enhance internal capabilities and resources.

- Implement and Improve Learning Programs: Manage the implementation and delivery of learning programs, ensuring consistent quality and effective content delivery. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of these programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvements.

- Promote Learning Programs: Advocate for the learning programs to maximize their reach and impact, and provide guidance to internal trainers and facilitators to ensure effective program delivery.

- Champion a Learning Culture: Foster a culture of learning and development within organisation, driving engagement and promoting continuous development initiatives across the organization.
