Job Description:  - The Product Manager is responsible for driving the vision and strategy of his/her product line(s), for the management of the product throughout its lifecycle, and provides end user support to the organization for business systems, tools, and/or products that address current and future Lamido needs.   - He/she effectively translates business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications that deliver against both our core customer benefits and our company strategic and financial goals.   - As a member of the Product Management team, he/she will work on initiatives that drive the success of our organization, including development of the Lamido web based and mobile platform, maintenance and cross-channel initiatives.  - Develop and champion a product vision, product strategy and product roadmap in support of corporate goals and objectives.  - Specify, prioritize and communicate high level and detailed product feature specifications using written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases as well as user experience generated deliverables such as prototypes, wireframes and design and copy documents.  - Lead the Product Support process, which includes bug resolution associated with a product, system or tool in production (post launch) decisions.  - Works with PM to define requirements and lead weekly meetings with Business/PM and Engineering Support teams to prioritize and review all outstanding issues  - Engage frequently with engineering during implementation; be available to quickly answer questions that arise during implementation and to make scope tradeoff   - Manage the development of training materials and train users on new product features, support business users and manage close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer/user comments and needs into better product experience.  - Proven track record in prior jobs, enthusiastic self-starter: proactive, creative, well-organized.  - Structured work, focused on process, details, and quality  - Very strong in working independently as well as in a team  - Clarity in thought process, ability to solve problems  - Not afraid to approach and push other teams to deliver results on time  - Very strong communication skills  - Enthusiasm for Internet and its possibilities  - Excellent knowledge of English language  Requirements:  - 5-7 years relevant professional experience required   - At least 3-5 years product/program management, product marketing, project management, business development, management consulting or equivalent experience desired.  - Subject matter or industry expertise preferred but not required.  - Internet, online retail and/or marketing/strategy experience preferred.  Preferred educational level:  - Graduate of an accredited college or university.   - MBA preferred  - BE Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields a plus.  Contact: Skype : phminhkieu
