Lawyer - Trademark Litigation

- Conducting legal research, producing legal papers, and representing clients in discussions, mediation, and litigation processes are all part of the job.

- Advising clients on queries relating to Trade Mark and Copyright protection strategy along with short and long term expectations from a matter and chances of success.

- Representing clients in Trade Mark disputes before High Court of Delhi and District Court while coordinating with senior management and colleagues for matters involving Intellectual Property infringement.

- Working on Trade Mark matters under Commercial Courts Act, 2015, Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018, Civil Procedure Code, 1908 etc and briefing Senior Counsels for the same.

- Arguing counsels for hearings before various Courts

- Draft notice of oppositions, counter statements, affidavit in support of opposition and applications and written submissions for opposition hearings

- Providing legal advice and expertise on licensing, brand identity and copyright issues.

- Draft pleadings, interim applications and written submissions to be filed before Court
