Lawyer - Real Estate Segment - Law Firm

- Due diligence, developmental and land use laws, preparing real estate documents, such as conveyances, joint development agreements etc.

- Should be able to read revenue records in Hindi

- Liaisoning with various government authorities and departments including the revenue officers, sub-registrar offices, development authorities

- Good contract drafting skills
