Client : Law Firm

Location : Hyderabad

Practice Area : Corporate and Real Estate

Responsibilities:

- Drafting and reviewing of convenance deed, sale deeds, etc

- Due diligences related to land and property

- Assistance in allotment of land including RFQ, RFP,etc

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements

- Restructuring of Business

- Advisory as per Companies Act

- Post Qualification experience required - 3 years and above

- Only law firm candidates would be considered.
