Key Responsibilities

- Drafting, vetting, and negotiating various development & film production agreements, brand endorsement agreements, artist performance agreements, writer agreements, director agreements and other crew agreements, non-disclosure agreements, audio production and other contributor agreements.

- Financing, Production, Distribution.

- Advising on various content acquisition, production and syndication deals with various OTT and media platforms.

- Conducting due diligence for a multi-film acquisition deal.

- Draw up privacy policies, end-user license agreements, terms of use, disclaimers for websites.

- Advising on legal compliance issues and conducting script reviews of various movies.

- Advising on Intellectual property Laws, Industry copyright, Landmark & Design.

- Assisting the team in structuring and negotiating deals and agreements with the various studios, television, digital and music partners.
