Our Client a growing and reputed law firm is looking to hire a litigation lawyer for their Mumbai office with 5-7 years of work experience.
Job Description:
1. Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, from inception to resolution.
2. Develop case strategies based on thorough legal research and analysis.
3. Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and briefs.
4. Ensure all documentation is compliant with court rules and procedures.
5. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
6. Advocate effectively, presenting cases with confidence and clarity.
7.Engage with clients to understand their legal issues and provide tailored advice.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure repeat business.
9. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case arguments and strategies.
10. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting litigation.
