Lawyer/Legal Advisory Role - Banking & Finance - LLB/LLM

Candidates Having Any Graduation with LLB/ BL/ML

Role & responsibilities -

- Provide legal advice to clients, draft and review agreements, perform due diligence, ensure compliance, represent clients in disputes, and negotiate on behalf of clients.

- Handling Banking & Finance related High end Projects

- Drafting & vetting contracts and agreements like Syndicated Loan, Project finance, External Commercial Borrowings, working capital, Term Loan, Project Loan, various types of security creation, bonds, NCDs, debentures etc.

- Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliance

- Must have a good understanding and working experience in M & A

- Experience in Documentation related banking finance

- Exp. of advising on banking or financing related matters

- Law Firm experience mandatory

- Regulatory matters would be an asset;

- Strong technical skills needed to support the client work of the department;

- Ability to be a team player and participate actively in the development of the Banking & Finance department;
