Lawyer - Legal Advisory - FMCG/BFSI/Infrastructure Firm - LLB

Candidates having Any Graduation with LLB/ BL/ML

Responsibilities:

- Candidate should have excellent research, drafting and communication skills in English & Telugu . Prefer someone who can Speak, Read & Write in Telugu

- Candidate must be capable of conducting thorough research

- Drafting Legal Opinions based on precedents based upon a variety of legal sectors including Cross-border Transaction, FDI/FEMA/RBI Regulations

- Banking regulations, LAND M&A, Taxation and General Employment Law and other general Corporate Advisory.

Desired profile:

- Prefer candidates with prior work experience with law firms or providing general corporate advisory services

- Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent contract drafting skills and general knowledge of corporate laws.
