Lawyer - IP/Litigation - IT/Media

Areas Of Responsibility:

- Litigation work including drafting of pleadings, research, attending court proceedings, etc.

- IP & Technology Transaction work including drafting agreements, etc.

- Represent clients in intellectual property litigation and disputes. Filing and defending infringement claims, writing legal papers and arguments, doing legal research, negotiating settlements, and presenting cases in court or before administrative authorities may all be part of the job.

- Litigation Support: Experience in preparing litigation documents and managing case files.

- Research and Analysis: Competence in conducting legal research and analyzing patent infringement issues.

- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in issues involving intermediary liability, gaming, media and technology laws apart from IP. Candidates must have excellent drafting skills, attention to details, and can handle fast-paced deliverables with ease.

Qualification : LLB with 1-7 years of experience in law firms
