Lawyer - FinTech - LLB

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliances

- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a full range of commercial contracts, Service Level Agreements, Agreement related to Fintech Services, Software Agreements, NDA's etc

- Draft and negotiate banking and finance transactions

- Manage regulatory and compliance related services

- Conducting legal research

Desired Candidate Profile:

- LLB with 3+ years PQE from a reputed law firm / Fintech Industry

- Strong experience and industry knowledge in laws related to Banking and Finance

- Good knowledge and experience of the RBI Act, the Banking Regulation Act, IRDA, FEMA among others

- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
