Lawyer - FinTech

- We are currently looking for an experienced FinTech/Crypto specialist lawyer to join at Associate - Mid-level Associate with a leading international firm, recognised as being a leader in this sector. Having fintech experience is essential.

- The successful candidate is likely to bring at least 3 years PQE (and up to 7PQE) gained in part focusing on derivatives, regulatory or virtual asset transactions or on secondary markets capital markets issues.

- The ideal candidate will have an active interest in cryptocurrencies and seek to build transactional, structuring-biased experience either in virtual assets or in other areas of structured finance or derivatives, will have solid experience in applying regulatory restrictions, provisions, challenges and loopholes to live transactions and will seek a cutting edge role in the evolution of the virtual assets market.

- The role will be based in their Dubai office and they are looking for someone common law or US qualified with top-tier private practice training, as well as strong academics and experience.

- They are open to relocating for this role.

- The team is growing and they are looking for someone who brings strong business development skills.
