Manager - RU Blueprint (IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS)
Role Summary
Our business model revolves heavily around the Retail Universe data. The Retail Blueprint Manager shall have the complete responsibility of this repository to ensure we work on accurate data points to develop business ideas. The role is expected to deliver a robust, efficient and accurate platform for revenue planning and driving business growth.
Key Result Areas -
Retail Blueprint Management -
Complete ownership and management of Retail Universe (RU) blueprint, including:
- Reach in the channel - width of coverage
- Share of business at outlet - depth in the channel
- Retailer Data management - product mix value and volume, communication details, bank details, etc.
Channel Strategy :
- Developing actionable insights from retailer master data using various analytical tools
- Able to identify distribution gap with latitude longitude plotting tools and coming out with actionable
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across verticals - Product, SCM, Sales, Sales Ops, etc. - to find sources of value creation
Outlier Management :
- Managing the quality of data to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Systematically detect outliers and work towards elimination and minimizing effect of such outliers
- Conducting regular audits through field audit team to identify defaulters and ensuring timely action against them

Ideal Candidate :
- Premier B School with 2-4 years of experience
- Business Consulting experience
- Analytics background
- Stint in operations and driving business through sales team
- Experience working with cross functional team
- Sales and Distribution experience with FMCG/FMCD
