a. Understanding consumer needs to arrive at the right product proposition
b. Regular consumer interaction through FGDs, consumer surveys, market visits etc.

a. Understanding present and future technology solutions to best serve customer needs
b. Embracing new technology to deliver compelling product proposition
c. Deep understanding of supply side ecosystem
3. Portfolio Planning -
a. Work closely with the product manager in planning the product mix and mapping the needs of the customers
b. Coordination with multifunctional team (including China team) to ensure timely and quality product launch
c. Coordination with Project Management & Product Development team for timely launch as per defined experience parameters
d. Incorporate learning from after-sales and market feedback for future launches
4. Forecasting portfolio sales for right inventory planning
a. Regular market visits to gauge trends basis discussion with retailers/distributors/consumers
b. Regular trend analysis basis coordination with sales (other multifunctional) team
c. Regular trackers/data analysis to indicate/highlight trends
5. Product GTM Strategy Accessories
a. Make a concrete GTM strategy for the category
b. Close-looping end-to-end GTM management right from GTM planning to execution of GTM
c. Creating and implementation of processes for GTM of products
d. Ensure salesteam and channel training is conducted in right manner
e. Ensure RoI measurement of GTM initiatives
