Job Description & Key Result Areas :
- Leading the operations of Modern Trade Accounts for Primary/Secondary outlet wise Distribution / Tertiary through LRE/non LRE.
- Discount management.
- Credit control.
- Promotions and initiatives to enhance tertiary.
- SKU mix planning and execution for the channel and outlets.
- Resource planning for the outlets ( LRE/Merchandise).
- Inventory obsolescence tracking at the outlets.
- Competition SKU tracking.
- Travel locations : Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi. (Based out of NHQ)
- Handle 3500 outlets, 30 Cr Business, avg. 700 Cr Industry Size/month
- Lead a team of 30 Members.

- Manage and develop Modern Trade, B2B
- Negotiation and Formulation of various consumer Offers
- Key Account Management
- Product stock planning/allocation
- Modern Retail
- Large Format Sales and Business Development etc.
Ideal Candidate :
- Preference given to people with experience in Modern Trade management with a consumer durable company; FMCG, Telecom
- MBA or equivalent degree from tier 1 institutes (5-8 years exp.)
