Job Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
1. Leading the operations of Modern Trade Accounts for Primary/Secondary outlet wise Distribution / Tertiary through LRE/non LRE.
2. Discount management.
3. Credit control.
4. Promotions and initiatives to enhance tertiary.
5. SKU mix planning and execution for the channel and outlets.
6. Resource planning for the outlets ( LRE/Merchandise).
7. Inventory obsolescence tracking at the outlets.
8. Competition SKU tracking.
9. Travel locations- Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi. (Based out of NHQ)
10. Handle 3500 outlets, 30 Cr Business, avg. 700 Cr Industry Size/month
11. Lead a team of 30 Members.
