Key Result Areas :
- Suggest ways to improve training content based on analysis of interaction done with different learner profiles in Excellence Lab - Retailer, LRE/Promoter, ARO, - DSE, DBR, DM, ZM, BUH & Auditors through a systematic, well defined process of feedback.
- Interact with different learner profiles in Excellence Lab (as above) gauge the right method of training delivery (CRT/OJT) through a systematic, well defined process of feedback.
- Conduct field visits in Excellence Lab (as above) to interact with different learner profile and understand their training needs in addition to prescribed modules for different learner profiles in Excellence Lab through a systematic, well defined process of feedback.
- Benchmark with competition Content and Delivery mechanism in Excellence Lab through a systematic, well defined process of comparing.
Desired Attributes
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience in sales (distribution & retailing) from a IT product/mobile/white goods company of at least 2-3 years
- Experience in training from a IT product/mobile/white goods company of at least 2-3 years
- Masters or equivalent
