- Enable implementation of efficient Supply chain strategy to create sustainable partner ROI models
- Budget Planning for marketing activities
- Keep abreast on competition & adapt acquired knowledge in change management `
Profit Center Ownership -
- Envisage & deploy business strategies for existing & new lines of businesses
- P & L for Business Unit
Lead People -
Career progression -
- Provide effectual leadership to a team of 70-80 on rolls incumbents
- Empower & engage team members through appraisals & skill building
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding & mentoring
Lead Knowledge -
- Empower teams to facilitate business through periodic RCA & action planning
- Coaching team on processes, product, lava IT systems & soft skills
