Key Result Areas::

Content creation

- Understand the business needs, learner profile, and the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution.

- Work along with the stakeholders to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase.

- Must have hands-on experience of developing power point presentations, storyboards and simulations.

- Should be able to structure the content in instructionally appropriate manner

- Co-ordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders.

- Significant experience with WBT development are highly preferred. Should have worked on tools like Adobe Articulate, Captivate etc.

- Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
