- New Business Target Achievement
- Offer after sales service for end to end requirement of clients
- Activation of HNI and Ultra HNI Leads
- Providing information about costs, properties and schedules from databases, room tariffs, promotional brochures and the internet.
- Using in-depth knowledge of tourism companies for updating clients.
- Providing excellent service to the customer contact channels on updated division status and professionally and proactively taking action of service bottlenecks.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms, building credibility and gaining market share in the industry.
- Handling telephonic and email enquiries.
- Client confirmation and documentation.
- Would be mapped to existing or past clients
- Should be able to revive or grow past / existing accounts
- Exposure in acquiring HNI or Ultra HNI clients
