- Establishing enrollments- objectives (numbers and quality/diversity of students) in sync with the sales plans.
- Forecasting and developing annual enrollments quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected enrollments.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve enrollment targets and to expand the organization's customer (students) base. Spotting market opportunities regularly for new customers (students).
- Designing and Implementing enrollment programs and field action plans; Co-Creating & developing different channels that will boast leads generation/admissions like school contact program, telesales, social media etc. in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Leading the team to identify market opportunities based on contacts with overseas institutions, companies and professional associations, and prepare the corresponding proposals.
- Collaborating with different stakeholders from different areas of expertise like Academics, Marketing, Product management, Corporate Relations/Tie Ups/ Alliances, Placements, Student Support, Student Experience, IT, and Finance to design, plan and implement cross-departmental best practices, new operational workflows and organizational alignments.
- Managing and developing a high performance team (including the counselors); recruiting and retaining motivating, high-performing team members, managing their ongoing performance, allocating work/targets/resources to them and conducting regular performance appraisals along with recommendations for personal action plans, training and coaching programs that improve sales skills and product, process and system knowledge of the team members, so that they are motivated to exert themselves to meet personal, team, regional, vertical and department goals.
- Scoping the landscape for market intelligence, market trends to understand what can potentially work or not work in achieving the overall plan; in-sighting the sales/performance metrics to come up with the best strategy/ contingency plans to deliver against the overall objectives. This requires constant designing, improving and tracking metrics and reports for measuring performance levels.
- Benchmarking to ensure development and maintenance of enrollment procedures, practices and service standards.
- Organize resources basis prioritization matrix built on market attractiveness and opportunity size.
