Launch Manager - Operations - eCommerce - IIT/IIM

We are hiring for Launch Manager Operations for Mumbai location in e-commerce Firm.

Preferably IIT / IIM, Tier1 Grads with 2 and above years of experience.

- Proven leadership, supervisory and project management skills

- A tactical and strategic track record for delivering research-driven results

- Candidate who can work in very agile way and able to come up with innovative ideas and execute in different market needs.

- Ability to motivate and lead a team and manage multiple requirements

- Ready to travel across the locations

Job Description:

- Responsible for identifying new marketing opportunities by identifying location requirements, defining market, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, execute projected business and establishing targeted market.

- To collect and analyse data on location demographics, preferences and needs to identify potential markets.

- To analyse financial and operational objectives by forecasting requirements, coordinate with supply and execute and plan the prelaunch activity.

- To sustain rapport with supply and marketing manager by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.

- To hire and manage team and set up the launch, ensuring their objectives of growth and performance are met. Work collaboratively with the internal team

- To plan the potential of new market, come up with launch plan and set up the city and also hand over on further business progress.
