- Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations management, business administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- A minimum of 5-9 years of experience in last mile delivery, express logistics, or e-commerce logistics, with demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale delivery networks.

- Proven experience in supply chain operations or product development within the logistics or supply chain industries, with strong knowledge of Last mile and Express business.
