Job Description  As Part of the Chairman's Office at L&T, the incumbent will be supporting Group Level Leadership Talent Acquisition (General Manager & above and all strategic positions)   - Collaborating with the business heads to understand and document the job requirements, evaluating suitable profiles in concurrence with business needs and organizing interviews for the same  - Responsible for sourcing of suitable candidates, followed by first level qualification of profiles based on JD and initial shortlisting of candidates through interviews  - Handling offer negotiation and offer roll out, reference checks and conducting pre and post-joining formalities  - Liaising with International Lawyers for Drafting Employment Contracts for International Candidates across Nationalities  - Preparing review reports and candidate reports for discussion with Top Management  - Stake Holder Management (Candidates, consultants, business heads) and Logistics support  Desired Skills & Experience  Qualification: B.Tech graduate along with an MBA (HR) from a premier institute (Mandatory).   - Experience : Around 3-5 years of experience in handling Talent Acquisition, preferably at Leadership Level  - Should have business acumen and should be able to grasp business needs quickly.  - Should have the ability to liaise with senior executives  - Candidate should be smart, aggressive and dynamic person with strong execution and multi-tasking qualities.  - High level of target orientation  - Good written & verbal communication skills.  - Good interpersonal skills  Company Description  - L&T is a technology, engineering, manufacturing, construction and financial services conglomerate well known world over in the EPC space.
