Job Summary: Laqshya Hyderabad Airport Media Pvt Ltd is seeking a "Brand Solutions Manager" to craft innovative, client-focused branding and advertising solutions within the airport media space. The role requires a deep understanding of media platforms, out-of-home advertising, and client needs. As a bridge between the company's strategic vision and the specific requirements of clients, the Brand Solutions Manager will design and deliver creative media solutions that enhance brand presence and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client-Focused Solutions: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to understand client goals and develop tailored brand solutions using airport media platforms.

- Creative Campaign Development: Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns across digital, OOH (out-of-home advertising), and airport-specific activations, ensuring that solutions are aligned with both client objectives and LHAMPL's brand standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) and external partners (creative and media agencies) to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

- Innovative Media Solutions: Identify and present new media opportunities, formats, and technologies that can add value to clients' campaigns, enhancing brand visibility within airport environments.

- Client Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing how LHAMPL's media platforms can address their branding challenges and objectives.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of brand solutions from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client expectations.

- Market Insights: Stay abreast of the latest trends in airport media, consumer behaviour, and OOH advertising to provide strategic recommendations for future projects and campaigns.

- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of branding campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

- Budget Management: Work within campaign budgets to deliver cost-effective, high-impact solutions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. MBA preferred.

- 4+ years of experience in brand solutions, media, advertising, or marketing, with a focus on B2B or client-facing roles.

- Proven track record in developing and executing innovative branding solutions, ideally within the airport or OOH media space.

- Strong understanding of media platforms and emerging trends in advertising and brand solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to create tailored solutions based on client needs.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in airport media, OOH advertising, or related industries is a plus.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Creativity and strategic thinking, with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
