Position: Assistant General Manager - Business Development

Job Summary:
Laqshya Media Group is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Business Development for its innovative division, "Inventech". The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital sales, business development, and client servicing within the media and entertainment industry. The AGM - BD will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining key relationships with corporate clients and digital agencies, and developing creative, consumer-focused media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy: Identify and target brands, businesses, and industries to grow media usage for Laqshya's offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and strengthen relationships with decision-makers at corporate clients and advertising agencies.
- Customized Client Solutions: Develop tailored strategies and proposals that align with client needs and maximize media impact.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitive positioning to optimize business growth strategies.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Conceive and pitch innovative consumer engagement strategies to increase sales and ensure long-term revenue growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and technical teams to create holistic media campaigns and solutions for clients.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, ensuring continuous business development efforts.
- Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client concerns, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Networking: Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with potential clients, partners, and agencies to expand Laqshya Media Group's reach.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital sales and business development, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
- BD & CS Expertise: Strong business development and client servicing experience, with a proven track record of working with digital agencies and corporate clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.
- Relationship Building: Established network of clients and partners within the media, advertising, and corporate sectors.
- Solution-Oriented: Ability to assess client priorities and provide innovative, tailored media solutions that address client needs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
