Business Development Manager PMS (Equities)

- Lapis India Capital (Lapis), is a privately held investment advisor in India, with offices in Mumbai. Lapis has two businesses - 1) Lapis PMS - providing portfolio management services to clients seeking to invest in public equity in India. 2) Lapis Private Equity - providing non-binding real estate investment advisory services to global institutional investors, club/commingled, discretionary funds with respect to opportunistic investments in India real estate

- Lapis PMS is looking to hire a Manager - Business Development for their PMS business.

The profile will involve :

- Forming relationships with HNI and U-HNI Clients

- Strategizing organic ways to attract investors to Lapis PMS. Leverage technology (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new HNI client leads for the firm. / Candidate will have the freedom and authority to devise strategies (both online and offline) to enable the company to reach its target customers.

- Work with the Senior Management team of Lapis to convert leads into sales. It will involve meeting clients, closing deals with prospective leads and taking care of post sales process for investors

- Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, client acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics

Job Requirements :

- Experienced candidates having good vintage in their present as well as previous companies (preferably 3-4 years prior experience in wealth management)

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualifications like CA/MBA from reputed institutes

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with a small entrepreneurial team
