We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter with exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating the complexities of large organizations and engaging senior leadership. This role calls for a skilled communicator who can effectively articulate insights, lead impactful conversations, and bring a strategic, data-driven approach to recruitment. With experience engaging with senior stakeholders such C-level executives, Heads of department etc., the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating metrics into meaningful action and driving alignment across industry-leading teams.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will also be responsible for recruiting top talent across various levels within tech, product, and other business functions. This role demands an expert in end-to-end recruitment processes, including hiring for leadership roles, who can effectively partner with stakeholders to drive strategic hiring decisions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across levels in tech, product, and functional areas, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead recruitment for leadership and executive roles, identifying and attracting candidates with the skills and experience to drive the company's growth.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, high-caliber candidates across all levels through strategic sourcing channels, including networking, executive search platforms, and industry events.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates to ensure a continuous flow of talent for critical roles.
Stakeholder Partnership:
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across departments to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide consultative support, advising stakeholders on market trends, candidate expectations, and recruitment best practices to improve hiring effectiveness.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding, particularly for leadership candidates, emphasizing clear communication and engagement.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, keeping them informed throughout the process, and managing expectations around timelines and feedback.
Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights on performance, time-to-hire, candidate quality, and process improvements.
- Present regular reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting recruitment progress, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
